Photography and Media Release Policy

Donnybrook Country Club is a public venue, and photographs or video footage may occasionally be taken during events, competitions, functions and general club activities.

By entering the club grounds or participating in club activities, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or filmed. These images may be used by Donnybrook Country Club for promotional and marketing purposes, including on the club’s website, social media pages, newsletters, advertising materials and other club communications.

If you do not wish to be photographed or do not want images of yourself or your children used for promotional purposes, please advise a member of the Donnybrook Country Club Board or club management.

The club will make reasonable efforts to respect all requests and avoid using identifiable images of anyone who has opted out.
