House Management Policy

The Donnybrook Country Club’s objectives are to establish, maintain and  conduct a sporting club, including golf and bowls and other sports as which  are through compatible with the general aims of the club. 

The Donnybrook Country Club pledges to operate its licence in a responsible,  friendly and professional manner to the satisfaction of customers and  neighbours. 

Membership is offered to any person expressing an interest in the Club and  who is prepared to comply with the requirements of membership, code of  conduct and the rules of the club as contained in the constitution of The  Donnybrook Country Club. 

The club will maintain its objectives as expressed in its rules but may vary  them from time to time in line with the members wishes as expressed at an  AGM or special meeting conducted for that purpose again under the terms of  the club constitution. 

The Management of The Donnybrook Country Club shall be vested in the  board of management elected by the members again in line with the strict  requirements of the clubs constitution. 

Nomination of candidates for election of committee person will be required to  be in writing and displayed on the notice board for attention of members and  other interested parties. 

Extraordinary or Special Meetings of members can be called under the terms  of the clubs constitution. 

The clubs rules relate to membership behaviour and do not discriminate  against any non-member in any way other than membership status.  Membership applications are on hand and will be processed in line with the  club constitution.
